Parker has been licensed in Texas since 1971 and was employed for many years by some of the leading manufacturers of oil field masts and derricks and now has over forty-five years of experience in the "oil patch".

TRAVEL EXPENSES
Billed at cost, covering all expenses incurred
traveling to job sites outside the Houston Area.
RENTAL CAR
Billed at cost, covering transportation in rental automobile.
MILEAGE CHARGE
$2.00 per mile, when traveling in a personal automobile.
